Online Bookkeeping: This is as easy as 1-2-3. You provide us with all of your source documents* by email, fax, mail or drop off once a month. If you are keeping your own QuickBooks database, then once we have received the source documents a database transfer is schedule. On the scheduled date you upload your QuickBooks database to our website. We take it down, do the work, reload it and you take it down and continue your day. We mail you back your source paperwork along with the proper reports and financials**. This service is designed for the businesses that have limited transactions, needs some oversight and information on a monthly basis. We can also just keep your database here and do the work as it comes in.

*Source Documents are bank statements, credit card statements, cash receipts, payroll reports, tax returns, credit line statements, loan statements, etc.
